The heated gloves use super conductive and super thin flexible heating elements inside, fitting up the unique heating feature, and approach to the constant temperature with a tepid function to relieve the uncomfortable feeling to hands caused by cold . In order to optimize the heating function for lower air temperatures, we designed a superconductive, ultra-thin, and flexible heating element which can be discretely placed inside a vest. The optimization saves power while maintaining a good and yet rapid heating effect. It takes only 20 seconds for the heating element to reach 42 ℃ and maintain this temperature.
