In order to optimize the heating function for lower air temperatures, we designed a superconductive, ultra-thin, and flexible heating element which can be discretely placed inside a vest.The optimization saves power while maintaining a good and yet rapid heating effect. It takes only 20 seconds for the heating element to reach 42 ℃ and maintain this temperature. ( Example: Maintains 42 ℃ although the outside temperature may be around -10 ℃. ) The heating element is constructed to be bend and fold resistant and yet durable.The built-in temperature controller will automatically cut power if an excessively high temperature is reached, which is an important safety feature.
