Ⅰ. Super High Heat Efficiency﹗

 

       The heat-conducting rate of conventional heat-conducting metals is approximately 15% but that of Heatact Super Conductive Heater is 95%, which can convert the electric energy into the heat energy in an instant to reach the temperature as required and also release the heat received to return back to a normal temperature in an instant with a very high heat result. At present, the heating accessory on the Formosa Satellite 3 adopts the super conductive heating element produced by our company.

 


 

Ⅱ. Good Dehumidifying Effect﹗

 

       After adopting the electric energy, the super conductive heating fan can increase an atmospheric pressure to form a protective mask and block the outdoor moisture from entering. The moisture can be eliminated from the indoor to the outdoor by way of the warm air wafting to achieve a dehumidifying effect. The super conductive heating element does not generate radiant heat, burn oxygen or have any foul, hot smell, which therefore keeps the indoor air crisp.

 


 

Ⅲ. Good Power-saving Effect!

 

       The super high heat conducting efficiency (95%) of the super conductive heating element can convert the electric energy into heat energy and transmit hot air to the space as required by using a fan. The hot air can be transmitted 3 meters but the conventional heater can transmit 0.3 meters only. For example, in order to transmit the 90℃heat outside, we need only to heat the heating element up to 100℃ but the conventional heaters need to heat up to 600℃ (They can usually heat up to 400℃ only.) It is therefore necessary to increase the electric energy relatively and the time to heat up, too, for which you have pay more power rate.

 


 

Ⅳ. Safe with Assurance!

 

       The heat conducting and heat diffusing rates of this super conductive heating element are very high up to 95%, so no hot air remains in the air chamber at the front end of the heat conveying pipe when the fan blows the heat generated by the heating element into a heat conveying pipe. Therefore the heater itself does not emit heat and flames (The distribution of the hot air can be shown on the picture taken by a far infrared camera.) so as not to contact any combustibles with burning, which avoid catching fire and scalding caused by contacting the human body.

       Because the super conductive molecules of our super conductive heating element can blow the heat energy promptly to the space as required by fan, it is not necessary to have a too high temperature to heat up the heating element (The heating element can raise the temperature to 800℃.) so it neither generate radiant heat (The radiant heat will cause cancer.) not burns oxygen in the air, leading to a lack of oxygen. Even it does not generate carbon monoxide to poison people for burning carbon dioxide in the air, either,

 

       The tilt safety switch at the base of the fan cuts off power immediately to avoid causing a fire.

       The front end of the heating fan uses black PBT industrial plastic. By using PBT the air vent can withstand up to 240℃ without deforming, despite its light weight.
